If you are interested in using the visual analog scales follow these simple instructions.

• Download this zip file.

• Unzip it and place the two folders, pics and js, in the same folder you have your survey.

That is it.  Now your visual analog scale should be ready to use.

The visual analog scale builder it adapted from the VAS Generator written by by Frederik Funke & Ulf-Dietrich Reips (University of Zurich, CH).
