Question 1: Answer B: Ions go in because pushed.

You chose that the ions are pushed in by the greater concentration of ions. However, is concentration is the sole factor to be considered than there is no push between ions. It is the greater likelihood of a sodium ion outside moving in than the opposite that leads to the net inward movement. Examine Figure 1 and 2 from earlier in the tutorial to check your answers.
